No one has found any evidence of this. And even so, there is plenty of reason as to why Iran would want to: after all two of their neighbors (Iraq and Afghanistan) are under foreign occupation and another (Pakistan) is highly unstable. To all of the people advocating for a "free Iran": do you think that the Iranian people will really be more "free" under a pro-western president (or "dictator" as you may say) like Mousavi rather than a pro-Iranian president like Ahmadinejad? I don't support states or politicians as I feel that change can only come from the people, but come on! Mousavi's record is far WORSE than Ahmadinejad's in every aspect. Bottom line: the USA needs to leave Iran alone. Hillary Clinton is supposedly having some meeting to discuss Iran's nuclear program and of course she invites several world leaders but no Iranian leaders.
